Do I need an account to place an order?

Accounts are completely optional, but by registering an account you

will only have to fill in your address once and it will be saved with

us. You can always login at the right top of the pages.


Why doesn’t my credit card work?

We take most of the major cards out there today, but if any option

should be left out, we offer the option to pay by PayPal which works

in most other cases.


Will a certain product get back i stock?

We have no general rule about restocking. Sometimes we get restocks,

and sometimes we don’t. Stay updated with the RSS feed on the new

arrivals page, or eventually contact us on info@shoechapter.com


Has my order been shipped out yet?

When your order leaves our shop you will receive a notification via

e-mail, which means that the order is being shipped. Please see our

trading conditions under support for more information.


How do I return an item?

What’s the delivery time for my order?

Delivery time to all EU countries is 1-3 working days (to Denmark -

typically 1 day). To the rest of

the world, delivery time is 2-6 working days.

Denmark: 50, - DKK (free shipping on orders of minimum 600,- DKK)

Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, Germany: 150,- DKK (20 EUR / 30 USD)

Poland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Austria: 160,- DKK (21,5 EUR / 32 USD)

What’s Tax Free and how does it work?

Customers outside the European Union are exempt from value added tax.

20 % of the total amount will be deducted from the total when you

select your country at the checkout.


Have you received my returned goods yet?

We will send an confirmation email when we have received your returned

goods. This process may take 1-3 weeks after you have sent the goods.


Do you deliver to work addresses?

Yes you can. You can choose an alternate delivery address at checkout.

Be aware that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes.


How long does it take for me to get a refund?

We will refund your payment within 1-3 weeks after you have sent the

goods back to us. Please note that there might be a delay for the

money transfer depending on your credit card company.
