Do I need an account to place an order?

Accounts are completely optional, but by registering an account you will only have to fill in your address once and it will be saved with us. You can always login at the right top of the pages.

Why doesn’t my credit card work?

We accept most of the major cards out there today, but if any option should be left out, we offer the option to pay by PayPal.

Will a certain product get back in stock?

We have no general rule about restocking. Sometimes we get restocks, and sometimes we don’t. Follow our website or Facebook page for updates about new products. Eventually, you are always more than welcome to contact us at  info@shoechapter.com

Has my order been shipped out yet?

When your order leaves our shop you will receive a notification via e-mail, which means that the order is being shipped. Please see "Terms & Conditions" for more information.

How do I return an item?

What’s the delivery time for my order?

Denmark: 1-3 working days. 

Sweden + Germany:  2-5 working days. 

Rest of EU + USA and Canada: 2-5 working days. 

Other Non EU (Worldwide): 4-6 working days.

Please note that we do not ship to Greenland.

How much is the shipping cost?


Shipping costs: 50,- DKK. 1-3 working days. FREE over 600,-DKK

Sweden + Germany 

Shipping costs: 75,-DKK (est. 10€). 2-5 working days. FREE over 3000,-DKK (est. €402)

Rest of EU + USA and Canada

Shipping costs: 110,-DKK (est. 15€). 2-5 working days. FREE over 3000,-DKK (est. €402)

Other Non EU (Worldwide)

Shipping costs: 170,-DKK (est. 23€). 4-6 working days. FREE over 3500,-DKK (est. €469)

What’s Tax Free and how does it work?

Customers outside the European Union are exempt from value added tax. 20 % of the total amount will be deducted from the total when you select your country at the checkout.

Have you received my returned goods yet?

Please send us an email, if you are not sure that your return has reached us.

Do you deliver to work addresses?

Yes you can. You can choose an alternate delivery address at checkout. Be aware that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

We will refund your payment within 1-3 weeks after you have sent the goods back to us. Please note that there might be a delay of the money transfer depending on your credit card company.
